Baptism Information

Before
scheduling a baptism at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, it is necessary
to speak with one of our pastors. Once that is done, you can
fill out a Baptism Information Form.
If you have Microsoft Word (.docx) you can fill out the form in MS-Word
and email it back to us. If you cannot access Word documents,
open the Adobe (.pdf) document. Just print it out, fill it
in by hand, and mail it back to the church. |
