Confirmation instruction (catechesis) is a two-year program.  Both years use the Bible and The Small Catechism of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther as their primary instruction books.  The first year (Confirmation 01) centers around The Ten Commandments and The Apostles' Creed.  The second year (Confirmation 02) centers around The Lord's Prayer, Holy Baptism, The Office of the Keys and Confession, and The Lord's Supper.

The program runs for two years, but when a child starts the program is determined by the parents.  Parents have the option of enrolling their child either at the beginning of 5th, 6th, or 7th grade.

Parents must print, fill out, and return this form before their child can attend Confirmation.  Copies will also be available at the August Orientation Meeting.
